Today, the Moore Technician, Kevin, arrived on time, thoroughly tested my furnace, replaced broken parts – including my thermostat- explained the process and said my furnace has some life left.   I signed up for the annual service and Kevin will come in the spring to service my a/c which is included in my annual contract – very reasonable.  Kevin was so friendly, clear, thorough, and helpful. – Maglyn I., Santa Rosa
